The hotel manager was accommodating, allowing early check-in and providing helpful answers. The recommended Tuk Tuk driver was gracious and helped navigate to the desired destination. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the chef even came out to greet me. The staff were friendly, resolving a dispute with another Tuk Tuk driver and offering great service. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.

The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of fruits and noodles. The hotel also had a great location, with many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they were always available to help with any needs.
My overall stay was not very enjoyable. The room was in poor condition, with a musty smell and dirty bedding.

The water pressure in the bathroom was great and the room was a decent size. The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. The staff was friendly.
The domestic staff was very loud and disruptive early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep and enjoy the hotel experience. The breakfast was not up to par and seemed like a hassle for the staff to provide.
